Terms
Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and KashPage for using kashpage.com and the stores you request through it. Each store has a paid subscription of its own, and it renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. Subscriptions, free trials and automatic renewal explains how that works, including how to cancel. Please read these terms together with our privacy policy. Last updated September 28, 2026.
Who we are and accepting these terms
KashPage operates kashpage.com, a store builder for independent sellers. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean KashPage. "You" means the business you sign up for, or you yourself if you sign up as a sole proprietor. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
You accept these terms when you tick the box on the Review step of getting started, which links to them, before you subscribe to a store. You tick it again for every store you add. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use KashPage.
Who this service is for
KashPage is a service for businesses, including sole proprietors. The person who signs up must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. KashPage must be used for a business, not for personal or household purposes.
Your account
Your account is how you reach everything on KashPage, so it matters who holds it.
- You create your login and sign in through Clerk, our identity provider. You can use an email address or an account you already have elsewhere, such as Google.
- One login is one customer. Your profile and every store are managed from that login, and only from it. Stores cannot be shared with other logins today.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your login. You are responsible for everything done under it. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away at support@kashpage.com.
- Give us accurate details, and keep your profile up to date on your account page. We use the email address on your profile to reach you about your account, including for the notices these terms mention.
The service and your stores
kashpage.com is where you sign up, request stores and look after them. You tell us about your business and your store, then subscribe to the store. Your request is sent as soon as the store's subscription starts. It goes to our back office, the team and systems that review requests, activate stores and run billing. You build the store itself on our partner's store-builder platform.
Your account page lists each store with its billing and its status: Initializing, Pending, Active, Error, Pending deletion or Deleted, each with a note on what it means. Once a store is ready, you also find its username and a link to its management console there. You can add another store at any time from the same page, and each new store has a checkout of its own.
We set stores up as quickly as we can. If something goes wrong on our side while we create a store, we pause its billing until it is fixed. We keep improving KashPage, so its features may change. If we ever stop offering the service altogether, we will tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance and stop every store's renewals, so nothing more is charged.
Subscriptions, free trials and automatic renewal
Every store has a paid subscription of its own, with its own billing period, payment card, trial and cancellation. Before you subscribe, you agree to automatic billing for that store. Here is what that means:
- Automatic renewal. Each store's subscription renews automatically at the end of every period, monthly or yearly as you choose in the store's checkout. The payment card you gave for that store is charged at each renewal until you cancel. A yearly subscription is paid a year up front.
- Price. A store is billed in US dollars at the price shown before you subscribe, less any promo code you apply in its checkout, plus any tax that applies. It renews at that price until a promotion ends or we change the price as described below. Your account page shows what each store charges and when its next payment is due.
- Promotions. You enter a promo code in the store's checkout, which shows the price after it. When the promotion ends, the store renews at its regular price.
- Free trials. When a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. The store's subscription starts at checkout, with the trial. A trial needs a card, and nothing is charged during it. When the trial ends, the first payment is charged to that card automatically, unless before then you cancel the store's subscription in Manage billing or ask for the store to be deleted. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged, and the store stays up until the trial ends. It is then deleted as if you had asked us to delete it: we take it down, and it is removed permanently 30 days later.
- When your trial ends. Once you subscribe, the Plan & billing step and your account page show the day the trial ends, as "Free trial until" that date. The first payment is taken that day. The date is in UTC, so in the Americas the payment can be taken the evening before. To be sure of not being charged, cancel at least two days before that date.
- Your card. You enter the payment card for each store in its checkout, which is run by Clerk, our billing provider, and Stripe, its payment processor. You never enter it on KashPage.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a store's subscription at any time from Manage billing beside the store on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The store stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged for it. When that period ends, the store is deleted as if you had asked us to delete it: we take it down, and it is removed permanently 30 days later. Your account page shows when the period ends. To keep the store, resubscribe from Manage billing before then. If Manage billing will not open, write to support@kashpage.com with the store's name. We will cancel the subscription for you as of the time your email arrives. If your account page shows a store you have paid for only as Finish getting started, finish getting started and the store appears with Manage billing, or write to us the same way.
- No refunds. Payments are not refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for part of a period, for unused time, for a store you stop using or delete, or for a free trial that became a paid subscription because it was not cancelled before it ended. The only exceptions are the ones these terms state and any the law requires.
- Price changes. We may change the price of a store's subscription. If we do, we will email the address on your profile at least 30 days before the new price applies. The new price starts at the store's first renewal after those 30 days, which for a yearly subscription is the start of a new year. It never starts partway through a period you have already paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel the store's subscription before that renewal.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to what you buy from us, other than taxes on KashPage's own income.
If a payment fails
Payments sometimes fail, for example when a card expires. Here is what happens to the store.
- If a renewal payment fails, our billing provider tries the card again, and your account page asks you to update the card in Manage billing. The store stays up while the payment is retried. If the payment never goes through, the subscription ends, and the store is kept for 30 days, then removed permanently.
- If a store's first payment fails when its trial ends, its billing is paused and we keep the store for 30 days. During that time you can subscribe to it again from Manage billing, this time without a free trial. If it is still unpaid after that, it is removed permanently.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for your stores. That includes what you sell, your prices, how you describe your products, how you treat your customers and your own refund and returns policies. It also includes following the laws that apply to your business, such as consumer, tax and privacy laws.
When you use KashPage, do not:
- break the law, or sell anything that is illegal where you or your customers are;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- mislead or defraud anyone, or pretend to be someone you are not;
- send spam, or upload malware or anything else designed to cause harm;
- try to get into accounts, stores or systems that are not yours, probe or overload our site, or get around its limits or security;
- resell or sublicense KashPage itself, or copy it to build a competing service;
- open and delete stores to collect one free trial after another.
Your content
Your content stays yours. That includes your store's name, your profile, and the text, images, products and other material in your store. You give KashPage, and the providers that work for us, permission to host, copy, process and display your content. We use that permission only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, and where the law requires. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for anything else.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you put into your stores.
Your store's content lives on our partner's store-builder platform. Once a store is removed permanently, its content is gone: we do not keep backups of it or return it, so keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.
What belongs to KashPage
kashpage.com, the KashPage name and logo, and the site's design, text and software belong to KashPage or to those who license them to us. You may use the service for your business under these terms. These terms give you no other rights in it.
If you send us ideas or feedback, including when you delete a store, we may use them to improve KashPage, with no obligation to you.
Services we rely on
KashPage is built on services run by other companies. Each has its own privacy policy for what it holds. When one of them is unavailable, parts of KashPage may be unavailable too.
- Clerk handles sign-up, sign-in and billing, including each store's subscription, card, invoices and cancellation.
- Stripe processes payments on Clerk's behalf.
- Amazon Web Services hosts kashpage.com, keeps your profile and your stores' details, and carries your requests to our back office.
- Our partner's store-builder platform is where you build your store. Its own terms may apply to what you do there.
Deleting a store and closing your account
You can delete any of your stores, or close your whole account, whenever you choose.
- How long a store is kept. A store you ask us to delete, or whose subscription you cancelled, stays up until its subscription ends - at the end of the period you have already paid for, or of its free trial. It is then taken down, and removed permanently 30 days after that. A store still being set up when you ask us to delete it is removed permanently 30 days after your request. When a store's subscription ends because it was never paid, we keep the store for 30 days, then remove it and its content permanently.
- Deleting a store. Use Request deletion beside the store on your account page. You can do this at any time until the store is already being deleted. Telling us why is optional. Once you confirm, we stop setting the store up; a store that is already up stays up, and you can keep using it, until its subscription ends. Then we take it down, and it is removed permanently 30 days later. Your account page shows when. A deletion request cannot be taken back from your account page.
- Deleting a store cancels its subscription so that it does not renew. Time already paid for is not refunded; the store stays up for it. The store's billing account is kept, so you can still see its invoices from Manage billing.
- If you ask for a store to be deleted during its free trial, your request cancels the trial: the store stays up until the trial ends, and nothing is charged for it. If a first payment is taken after you asked, we refund it.
- If your account page shows a store you have paid for only as Finish getting started, you cannot delete it there yet. Finish getting started and you can, or write to support@kashpage.com and we will cancel its subscription.
- Deleting every store ends your billing, because nothing renews. Your login and profile stay until you close your account.
- Closing your account. Write to support@kashpage.com. A request to privacy@kashpage.com to delete your information is handled the same way. We then end every store's subscription straight away, with no refund for the rest of any period. 30 days later we remove your stores permanently, together with their billing accounts and your login. A store's invoices go with its billing account, so save any you need first. To use your stores until their paid periods end, cancel their subscriptions in Manage billing first, and write to us once those periods are over. We keep what bookkeeping and tax rules require, as our privacy policy explains.
When we may suspend or delete a store, or close your account
We may decline to set up a store, suspend or delete a store, or close your account in these cases: you break these terms, a store is not paid for, the law requires it, or we need to protect other people, our partners or the service. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we decline to set up a store, we cancel its subscription straight away, so a store in its free trial is never charged. We refund anything already charged for that store.
If a store or an account ends, you still owe anything already billed. Some parts of these terms keep applying after it ends: what you owe us, our use of your feedback, and the sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law and disputes.
Disclaimers
KASHPAGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In plain terms: we work to keep KashPage running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We also do not promise that a store will be ready by a particular date, or that your store will make sales. Examples and figures on our marketing pages are not promises of results.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, KASHPAGE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, DATA OR GOODWILL. KASHPAGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 AND THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KASHPAGE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL BASIS OF A CLAIM, INCLUDING KASHPAGE'S OWN NEGLIGENCE, AND EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THAT A LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.
In plain terms: if something goes wrong, the most KashPage owes you is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened, or US$100 if that is more. These limits do not apply to any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against KashPage arising from your content, the products you sell or how you run your stores, or from your breach of these terms or of the law, you will defend KashPage. You will also pay any amount finally awarded against it, or agreed in a settlement you approve, and its reasonable legal costs. This does not apply to the extent that the claim arises from the acts or negligence of KashPage or of the services we rely on. We will tell you about the claim promptly, let you control its defence, and help where reasonable. You may not settle the claim in a way that admits fault for KashPage or binds it without our written agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about them or about KashPage, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and KashPage both agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If you have a problem, please write to support@kashpage.com first. Most things are settled faster that way.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. We email account holders at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. A significant change is a change to prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, liability or how disputes are resolved. Other changes take effect when they appear here.
A change never applies to a dispute that arose before it took effect. A significant change applies to each store from that store's first renewal after the change takes effect, never partway through a period you have already paid for. If you do not agree to a change, cancel your stores' subscriptions before it applies to them.
The rest of the agreement
These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and KashPage about the service. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but that never excuses paying what is due.
We send notices to the email address on your profile. Please send yours to support@kashpage.com.
